Extended Psychotherapy Session – 90 Minutes – $295
Payment
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. I accept credit and debit cards through a secure client portal. At this time, I do not accept insurance or work directly with insurance companies. Upon request, I can provide a superbill for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider.
I also work with Thrizer, which can help you use your out-of-network benefits without waiting for reimbursement. Rather than paying my full fee and waiting for insurance to reimburse you, Thrizer allows you to pay only your estimated co-insurance amount at the time of session. Ask me about this during your consultation.
Good Faith Estimate
In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your services. This estimate is provided in writing before your first appointment or at any time upon request. The estimate is not a contract — it simply outlines expected charges so you can make informed decisions about your care.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be billed a $100 cancellation fee. Sessions cancelled less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time or missed without notice are billed at the full session rate. If you experience an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss options.
Sliding Scale / Reduced Fee
I maintain a small number of reduced-fee slots for clients with demonstrated financial need. Please reach out to discuss whether this may be available for you.
