Individual Psychotherapy Session – 50 Minutes – $175

Extended Psychotherapy Session – 90 Minutes – $280

Payment

Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
I accept credit and debit cards through a secure client portal.
At this time, I do not accept insurance or work directly with insurance companies.
Upon request, I can provide a superbill for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider.

Good Faith Estimate

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your services.
This estimate is provided in writing before your first appointment or at any time upon request.
The estimate is not a contract—it simply outlines expected charges so you can make informed decisions about your care.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48-hours’ notice will be billed a $100 cancellation fee. Sessions cancelled less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time or missed without notice, are billed at the full session rate.
If you experience an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss options.

Sliding Scale / Reduced Fee

A limited number of reduced-fee slots may be available based on financial need.
Please inquire if cost is a barrier to care; I’m happy to discuss what’s possible.
